>>16330769 Exactly three months ago, Rodney Joffe sent a letter to AG Garland asking him to fire Special Counsel Durham and members of his staff (May 23, 2022)

This is weird, the law firm wrote a letter to Garland trying to get Durham fired for mentioning Joffe’s name.

First of all in the Durham filings Joffe has always been Tech Executive 1! And as I remember it, the day after the Sussman indictment, there was a lot of guessing publicly who it was, and Joffe himself came out publicly and announced he was Tech Ex 1. The SC has never used his name. Further Joffe tried the same thing in a pleading weeks ago and Durham made it clear, he and his team never used his real name in all court docs.

This is an extremely desperate maneuver, to have a law firm repeat the same lie to Garland, demanding he fire Durham and team, and Joffe’s in a pleading weeks ago repeating the same thing.

They really should have looked up Durham’s history to understand he’s unimpeachable, his entire history is quite amazing. He’s like a Saint of Law Enforcement, the cleanest human being ever to serve.

So they chose the 23rd to date the letter, they should have read the Q posts. The most interesting aspect to this charade. Joffe literally can be charged with any number of crimes, including treason, for stealing state secrets directly from the executive office of the WH and the President of the US; all while working with a cadre of criminals that will be charged under a superceding RICO. He and they committed untold number of crimes against the President and the US. Lying to the FBI for Sussmann was just a starter for him and all involved. All of them are REALLY FUCKED and they know it!

This is fun to watch!

Fox’s Katie Pavlich Reveals Interesting Take on Supreme Court Leaker

Martin WalshMay 24, 2022

Fox News contributor Katie Pavlich believes Democrats want to “ignore the leak” from the U.S. Supreme Court, arguing that it follows a pattern of Democrats trying to undermine the court.

During an interview on Fox News, Pavlich spoke about the Supreme Court reportedly voting in favor of striking down the controversial Roe v. Wade decision.

A draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito was leaked to Politico last week it set off a firestorm on social media. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts called the leak of a draft opinion “absolutely appalling” and announced an investigation to find the leaker.

Pavlich argued there may not be much motivation to identify the leaker.

“There’s been a lot of speculation about whether this was a liberal clerk, who was clerking for a more left-leaning justice. There have also been some accusations from Democrats that this was a conservative on the court leaking this because they want Roe versus Wade overturned,” Pavlich began.

“We don’t know who it is. We have heard calls from the likes of Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell saying that the leaker should be prosecuted if they have broken any laws. The Department of Justice has not expressed much interest in looking at who the leaker is, and certainly, they haven’t expressed much interest in going after people descending on the homes of conservative justices,” she added.

“But if you look at the way that the evidence has piled up,Democrats have used this, including the White House. They’ve tried to ignore the leak, to push it aside, as Jen Psaki said when it first came out, to focus on the issue of Roe versus Wade. And it follows a pattern of Democrats trying to undermine the court, whether it’s with court-packing or going after Supreme Court nominees that happen to be appointed by a Republican, trying to get their nomination thrown out,” Pavlich continued.

“And, of course, you’ve had Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer standing on the steps of the court just last year during a hearing on a case about abortion threatening Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch on that very issue. So it follows the left-leaning pattern, but we do not know who the leaker is,” she concluded.

Last week, Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo said she believed the identity of the Supreme Court leaker will be revealed in “short order.”

We are going to know who leaked that draft opinion in short order,” Bartiromo said.

“I’ve got [Sen.] Ted Cruz on the show today, and he basically walked me through it yesterday when we were talking about today’s appearance — that there is — it’s really a small group, 12 people,” Bartiromo added. “Because it’s three liberal justices that have four law clerks each, a pool of 12 people that people are looking at right now. There is an investigation underway.”

Soon after Alito’s draft majority opinionleaked, it’s assumed there were at least 5 votes in favor of overturning Roe v Wade, leaving state legislators to weigh their own abortion policies.

More bluntly, if the Supreme Court does announce that Roe v Wade is overturned, each state will have to pass abortion laws and it’s likely many will enact very strict measures against the practice.

“The draft opinion is a full-throated, unflinching repudiation of the 1973 decision which guaranteed federal constitutional protections of abortion rights and a subsequent 1992 decision – Planned Parenthood v. Casey – that largely maintained the right,” Politico reported.

“Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,” Alito writes.

“We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,” he writes in the document, labeled as the “Opinion of the Court.”

Alito adds: “It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.”

“We, therefore, hold the Constitution does not confer a right to abortion. Roe and Casey must be overruled, and the authority to regulate abortion must be returned to the people and their elected representatives,” Alito writes in the document, labeled the “Opinion of the Court.”

Texas GOP Sen. Ted Cruz also offered his opinion of who he believes the culprit may be.

The Sussmann Trial: fingers pointed at FBI leadership

Techno Fog

Part 1 of 2, Priestap

It was a long day of travel but we’re back at it on the Sussmann trial.

This morning started with testimony from Bill Priestap, who in September 2016 was the FBI’s Assistant Director of Counterintelligence. His testimony was expected, even before the witness lists were put out. Back in January, we observed that Priestap had testified before a grand jury. In fact,Priestap himself stated today that he testified before the grand jury in June 2021.

A little bit of background on Priestap before we begin. Priestap approved the opening of Crossfire Hurricane and decided against defensive briefings being provided to the Trump Campaign. He was Peter Strzok’s supervisor and also approved the use of all the confidential human sources used against the Trump campaign (Stefan Halper, et al.)

Last week, former FBI general counsel James Baker testified that he spoke with Priestap about his meeting with Sussmann and “repeated to Mr. Priestap that Michael had said that he was not there on behalf of a particular client, that he was there as a citizen, as a – essentially as a human source of information, confidential source.”

At trial today, Priestap was presented with notes he took after that meeting with Baker. Those notes reflected that conversation with Baker, stating Sussmann “said not doing this for any client.”Priestap also said that the Alfa Bank/Trump Organization investigation ultimately fell under his control. Getting to the issue of materiality, Priestap was then asked about why the motivations of sources matter to the FBI:

Q: Based on your experience, if Mr. Sussmann had brought these allegations to the FBI on behalf of the Hillary Clinton Campaign, would that have mattered to the FBI?

Priestap: Again, the – somebody – anybody bringing information to the FBI, we’re interested – the FBI is interested in knowing the motivation of the person providing the information.

On cross examination, Priestap admitted he couldn’t recall the meeting with Baker or why he wrote in his notes that Sussmann wasn’t there on behalf of a client. After approximately 6 years, his memory was fuzzy:

Q: Do you remember anything more about why you wrote that down?

Priestap: I do not.

Q: You don't remember anything about the context in which that was said to you?

Priestap: I do not.

To summarize the defense theory of this case, it’s that Sussmann was there to help the FBI and that he supposedly acted against his clients’ interest by stopping a New York Times article on the Alfa Bank allegations from being published. On that topic, Priestap discussed how the FBI might ask a newspaper to not run a story:

Q: As a general matter, if the FBI knew that a newspaper story was coming out about a threat from a nation state, are there ever occasions in which you would, at the FBI, want to ask a newspaper to hold off on running that story?

Priestap: Yes.

Q: Okay. And that's because there are situations in which the FBI would want to have the chance to investigate before a story came out, right?

Priestap: Yes. If the FBI thought, let's just say, that publicly revealing a certain matter could potentially negatively impact not just things the FBI was doing but potentially negatively impact the country, we'd want to have a conversation about it.

Then there’s this blockbuster of a comment. Counsel for Sussmann presented Priestap with messages from the FBI’s internal messaging system, in which Priestap discussed how theFBI’s leadership – Comey, McCabe, et al. – were excited about pursuing the Alfa Bank/Trump allegations:

The influence that FBI leadership(Comey and McCabe) had on the investigations related to the Trump/Russia accusations is notable- but not an exception. This is the first time we heard that the Alfa Bank hoax was pushed by FBI leadership. However, this fits their broader pattern. Recall the statement of FBI agent William Barnett. He was part of the FBI’s investigation of General Flynn and decided it should be closed down. The FBI’s senior officials, who ran the investigation from the “top down,” called the shots.

The Sussmann Trial: fingers pointed at FBI leadership

Part 2 of 2some attachments of Gaynor on part 1

Testimony from FBI Agent Ryan Gaynor

Back in 2016, Agent Gaynor was the FBI’s counterintelligence division’s unit chief in Washington, DC. He learned of the Alfa Bank allegations on September 23, 2016 during a briefing led by the FBI’s Chicago field office. Agent Gaynor reported to Supervisor Special Agent Joe Pientka (who, along with Strzok, interviewed General Flynn) and volunteered to help work on the case.

This is how he described some of the steps the FBI took in its Alfa Bank investigation:

As to the accuracy of the information and accusations provided by Sussmann? One investigating agent found it to be BS:

In fact, the Chicago Office itself was curious about the source of Sussmann’s data. Agent Curtis Heide e-mailed:

Their supervisor in Chicago agreed:

Whether or not the Chicago team would have access to the source of the Alfa Bank data was discussed - but not approved by - FBI headquarters.

Then there’s the issue of another confidential human source (CHS). The Chicago Field Office was informed that the Alfa Bank allegations had been provided to various media outlets. This source “was not Mr. Sussmann.”

This CHS was evaluated by the Chicago Field Office and “they thought the CHS was wrong.” They had several reasons for that assessment, including the fact that the source “made several technical assertions that didn’t pass an analytical merit.” In other words, the other source - whom we strongly suspect is Rodney Joffe - lied. This would be why he was terminated as a CHS.

During the break, there was a discussion of a sealed filing regarding Agent Gaynor’s “status.” It turns out he is being investigated by the FBI - not the special counsel. More on that, and more on Monday’s testimony, when the afternoon transcripts roll in….

BREAKING BIG:Michigan Board of Elections Tosses Top Republican Candidates from Governor’s Race Including James Craig and Perry Johnson– Claim They Did Not Turn in Enough Valid Signatures…UPDATE: MUCH MORE COMING

(Democrats cant win on their record, so they go back to their criminal enterprise, and the FBI makes Whitmer a Saint so no one can accuse her, see how that works. We are officially a third world country, like Zelensky banning all political parties except his)

If you can’t beat them — Toss them.

The Michigan Bureau of Elections, a corrupt group that allowed the 2020 state election to be stolen by hundreds of ballot traffickers and tens of thousands of illegal ballots, disqualified the two leading Republican candidates for the upcoming gubernatorial election.

Former Detroit police Chief James Craig and billionaire businessman Perry Johnson were knocked out of the race today by the leftist election group. The Michigan Bureau of Elections claims they do not have enough legitimate signatures on their petitions to enter the race.

Craig and Perry were both very attractive Republican candidates who were vying for the Republican challenger to wicked Gretchen Whitmer.

This was an easy way to eliminate the competition early.

The Detroit News reported:

Former Detroit police Chief James Craig and businessman Perry Johnson, two of the top candidates for the Republican nomination for governor, didn’t submit enough valid petition signatures to make the ballot, according to findings from the Michigan Bureau of Elections.

The bureau’s revelations Monday evening shook up the 2022 race to be Michigan’s governor, potentially leaving Republicans without their most well-known candidate, Craig, and without their wealthiest hopeful, Johnson.

If the bureau’s reviews hold, five of the 10 candidates who submitted signatures to run for governor wouldn’t make the ballot. Three other GOP candidates for governor were also found to have insufficient signatures: financial adviser Michael Markey of Grand Haven, Michigan State Police Capt. Michael Brown of Stevensville and entrepreneur Donna Brandenburg of Byron Center.

UPDATE– We have much more coming on this scandal… IT IS HUGE!

Wow. Stuart Varney Lectures President Trump on Moving on from Stolen Election – “Republicans Don’t Want You to Look Back” (VIDEO)

POTUS needs to stop interviewing on Fox!

President Donald Trump joined Stuart Varney on FOX Business Network on Tuesday morning.

Stuart Varney started the interview by asking President Trump about the election today in Georgia. Trump is backing David Perdue over Brian Kemp in the gubernatorial race. Brian Kemp allowed Democrats and their ballot traffickers to steal the presidential election and then two US Senate seats in 2020 and early 2021.

Stuart Varney insisted that the American public does not want to look back on the 2020 election.

It was a disgraceful performance by Stuart Varney. He needs to get out of his media bubble some time.

President Trump: Brian Kemp did an awful job on election integrity.

Stuart Varney: And he’s going to win… What I hear from a number of Republicans is that they don’t want you to look back to the 2020 election and rehash it. They want to look forward to what we’re going to do with this economy and this society going forward. What do you say to that?

President Trump: Well, I do that. But if you don’t study what happened and you don’t find. We know what happened. All you have to do is see “2000 Mules” or go on Truth…

Stuart Varney: That’s not what people are talking about. People don’t want you to do that!

President Trump: No, I think you have to look back to find out, You have to look at history, Stuart!

Wow. Stuart is just lost.

Kudos to Trump for mentioning “2000 Mules” on FOX Busines Network. Surprisingly, the channel did not bleep it out.

VoterGA to Hold Press Conference on Monday Disclosing Legal Actions to Over 100 Counties Missing Drop Box Videos

Published May 22, 2022 at 1:00pm

VoterGA will hold a press conference on Monday where they will disclose evidence that over 100 ballot drop boxes are lacking surveillance videos from the 2020 Election.

VoterGA has done incredible work in Georgia since the stolen 2020 Election to find out exactly what happened and the extent of the wrongdoing. To date, VoterGA has uncovered a mass amount of corruption in the state in the 2020 Election. Here is just one reporte from VoterGA.

VoterGA will hold a press conference on Monday to discuss their latest findings.

The problem with US courts is that they have ignored cases raised where wrongdoing and criminal acts were evident by claiming that the party in the lawsuit has no standing. It’s difficult not to think that every American had standing in the states where the fraud occurred in the 2020 Election. Our country cannot continue under stolen elections where the biggest criminals, crime families, and foreigners are the winners and not Americans.
