Note from day 5 part 2 afternoon session.
Summary: It seems like Sussmann was panicking and going to the media, FBI, C.I.A and everyone trying to play everyone off against each other trying to get the Trump/Alfa bank story out to the public. He was telling the FBI (James Baker top down) that this story needs to be investigated, He was telling the C.I.A that he did not go to the F.B.I and also if the C.I.A did not follow this up he will take it to the new york times, washington post. He was also telling the media that the FBI and the C.I.A are investigating the trump/alfa bank so it is a legit story. Very similiar to the Nancy Pelosi play book wrap up play. use the media to confirm the story.
1) Mark Chadason (C.I.A)- Sussmann told C.I.A Mark he was there on behalf of a client on 31st Jan 2017 after the election and trump was already sworn in after he had already been tot he FBI and threatened to go to the ny times.
He also somehow had TC (Top Secret) SCI (security clearance intelligence) I.C (intelligence Clearance) badges. Way above what a lawyer should have, was he black ops.
2) Kevin P (C.I.A) - Sussmann told C.I.A on the 9th Feb 2017 he was WAS NOT REPRESENTING A CLIENT

1) Bill Priestrap (D.C.I) Director of Counter Intelligence.

N.Y.T reporter Mr Eric Lichtblau's (washington post, Baker was told by Sussmann the reporters name. Sussmann rather then following reporting to a F.B.I agent, went to the top of the F.B.I, James Baker to have this info given to the those below his command.

2) Ryan Gaynor F.B.I - witness who testified that Baker told Bill Priestrp about Sussmann and his documents and thumb drives. Also they had a investigation called Crossfire Hurricane looking into Russian interference and when sussmann turned up, this was looked into and all the info was shown to be very amateurish in trying to tie trump/alfa bank connection.
In the thumb drives, Tor was used and even on tor, it showed that this would not be possible.
Trump is squeaky clean and they just cannot find any skeletons in his closed so they had to make it up and then try to threaten each other to spread the lies prior to Oct 31st 2016 as a october surprise days before the election to damage his reputation. !!!
