Sue Them All. Individuals. The Coonstitution does not afford any group of citizens special privileges over any others. This is what equality means. Members of congress have no exclusive rights no other citizen has. Cops do not have any privileges no other citizen has. Lawyers, Teechurs, Spooks, Shrinks and other Perverts have no rights every other citizen has and they are restrained from their crimes by the rights of their victims.
