I can't get any solid info on this guy and many links on him won't load, including once on the ICE.GOV site. Surely this guy is CIA.

There are some articles with interesting topics, including cyber spy stuff, having his name on it. Sadly, I can't get any of them to load….or some of the interesting ones I tried to read had scrubbed his name [even though it still shows up in the search results]..

His LinkedIn works but he doesn't even put his last name on it [update: now its gone. His handle is Patrick J. "P.J." L.], His school background shows he attended schools well known for training spooks.
