SCOTUS rules 6-3 that federal courts do not offer relief from state courts that violate constitutional rights and Justice Thomas writes that the federal courts must afford unwavering respect to the centrality of state trial courts. Thomas says allowing such claims to go forward would allow unnecessary delays.
