It is related to the vibration of the earth or the earths resonance…changes with the sun can effect it or other large planetary events. It SHOULD be stable at 7hz but has been all over the place since around 11.11.18. It actually has been pretty quite for the last year or so but REALLY heating up in the last few weeks…
