just for clarity -

Globals say BO "calls for" a hot topics section between globals and notables. Not exactly. The idea of an additional section for Hot Topics was in response to the idea of putting non-board news in Globals. Globals are for board stuff, so not a good idea. Adding a Hot Topics section was an idea for discussion, not a done deal.

Another anon suggested just making sure all the important news from DJT or other key sources gets into notables - that is simpler.
