Follow with me: Q's "Blackout necessary" statement could be regarding the days they didn't communicate with us, BUT it's also been discussed that there may eventually be a internet/media blackout that would require EBS comms. That theory coincides with "Blackout necessary" being AFTER the BOOMS, "week to remember" and "dark to light" lines. Has the blackout happened, or is it actually coming?
