Remember the talks of "secret pardons".
There's always a contingency plan anon. The pardon theory would at the very least help muddy up the whole DOJ efforts against Obama's admin and create mass hysteria over a sitting president overturning a previous president's pardons. Especially if there was some nondisclosure clause attached making it illegal to speak about it or that speaking about it automatically constitutes immunity or some shit. Obama was working very diligently on fucking everything over "legally" in an illegal manner.
But think of the implications of saying Obama wasn't a legal prez. Every order was illegal then. Think about how many bombs we dropped and how many countries we were involving in during his 2 terms. They could all sue us for war crimes in the international court. Furthermore (ignoring all the laws, trials, politicians, etc linked to Obama's 2 terms) that would most assuredly make President Trump's election null and void as the election shouldn't have occured at that time to begin with and Obama couldn't turn over the WH to Trump if he wasn't the president.
Not so sure honestly because the power of the presidency rests in the office of the president not the person. Something Q has mentioned early on (re: the power of the office). I don't even think there's a legal ramification for if an illegitimate president finished their "term" what the hell happens next? It's definitely a brain twister.
But that's my point. Yes they WERE void but nothing happened at the time. (Weren't brought up on charges for example) Now what happens? What can be done retroactively?
IMHO this is why the republicans are pushing for a DACA deal now. If they do nothing then when Obama's entire presidency is voided they automatically become illegal and they are all on a government watchlist essentially forcing ICE to deport them.
Literally no. You do not need any charges to receive a pardon. Ex. Nixon. (again)
Concernfags need to learn optics. Judge Napolitano was temporarily removed from Fox shortly after POTUS's inauguration because he outted the U.K. involvement in Spygate long before anyone knew what was up. They tried to remove him saying he was making shit up for his statements about GHCQ being involved.
Tl;dr
Judge is clearly well connected and has good intel.
Sit back and watch the show.
It's at a concrete company.
