A top Microsoft executive has been accused of watching virtual reality pillow fight porn in front of his stunned colleagues and fondling female coworkers.
Alex Kipman, 44, of Seattle, has been described as one of Microsoft's 'golden boys' - but CEO Satya Nadella has vowed to end the firm's tolerance for 'talented jerks', and new allegations about Brazilian-born Kipman suggest his days could be numbered.
Microsoft has refused to confirm or deny the sordid allegations.
Several former and current employees have allegedly accused the innovation executive of getting away with inappropriate behavior, which reportedly includes inappropriately touching female coworkers and watching a 'VR porn' pillow fight in front of employees.
The sexual display was mirrored on nearby TV monitors for all the late-night employees to see.
The VR video reported featured women dressed in skimpy outfits who were participating in a sexualized pillow fight, according to Insider.
'It was in the office, in front of women. Incredibly uncomfortable,' a source told Insider.
Virtual reality porn allows viewers to feel as if they're in a sex scene by donning special goggles.
Several employees filed a complaint against Kipman for dozens of occasions of inappropriate behavior last year, but the executive - who lives in a $7million Seattle home - has yet to punished for it.

Andy Fletcher, the co-founder and keyboardist of legendary electronic band Depeche Mode, has died at the age of 60, it has been announced.
The synth-pop group were one of the biggest draws of the 80s, with a stream of smash singles including 'Just Can't Get Enough', 'Enjoy the Silence' and 'Personal Jesus'.
In recent years, the band have continued to tour internationally as one of the most recognisable groups from the era.
In a statement tonight on Twitter, Depeche Mode said: 'We are shocked and filled with overwhelming sadness at the untimely passing of our dear friend, family member and bandmate Andy 'Fletch' Fletcher.
'Fletch had a true heart of gold and was always there when you needed support, a lively conversation, a good laugh or a cold pint.
'Our hearts are with his family and we ask that you keep them in your thoughts and respect their privacy at this difficult time.'
No cause of death was revealed by the band.Fletcher last hit the headlines last month when he fractured his wrist on holiday in Barcelona.
Tributes poured in for the musician from across the entertainment world.
The Cure co-founder Lol Tolhurst wrote: 'Very sad news today. Andy Fletcher of Depeche Mode has passed. I knew Andy and considered him a friend. We crossed many of the same pathways as younger men . My heart goes out to his family, bandmates, and DM fans. RIP Fletch.'

Foreign Firms Ignore Russia's Offers to Move Ships From Mariupol - MoD
Foreign shipowners have ignored opportunities provided by Russia to safely withdraw their vessels from the port of Mariupol, a senior Russian defense official said on Thursday. Oxfam International at the World Economic Forum called for the wealthiest beneficiaries of the COVID pandemic to be taxed to finance childcare, education, and work opportunities for women in Global South, Economic Times reported.
According to Oxfam’s website, “Oxfam: The future is equal,” a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty.
Speaking at Davos Annual Meeting 2022 during Equitable Responses to Ending the Pandemic on Monday, Oxfam International’s executive director Gabriela Bucher said billionaires were arriving at the summit to “celebrate an incredible surge in their fortunes.”
According to a report from CNBC, Buche added, “The pandemic and now the steep increases in food and energy prices have, simply put, been a bonanza for them.”
“Meanwhile, decades of progress on extreme poverty are now in reverse and millions of people are facing impossible rises in the cost of simply staying alive,” Bucher said.
Bucher also mentioned that Covid has been one of the most profitable products.
“Billionaires has been, you know, unprecedented during the pandemic. And there’s been several sectors where that has been mostly concentrated. And one is, in fact, the pharma sectors, because Covid has been one of the most profitable products ever. So that’s one point to discuss in our report,” Bucher said.

World Economic Forum founder Klaus Schwab and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla took aim against the ‘anti-vaccine’ and ‘conspiracy people’ while boasting about vaccine efficacy and “groundbreaking” new plans to distribute vaccines to impoverished countries at the World Economic Forum meeting in Davos, Switzerland.
As Bourla assured Schwab that the US and European governments provide liability for lawsuits for the pharmaceutical companies if the vaccines are “not working out well,” Bourla rebuked opponents of compulsory COVID-19 vaccination.
“With any other medicine, for example, we don’t ask anyone to do anything with liabilities, but with a vaccine, we knew that there is a very fanatic group of anti-vaxxers that would go after us no matter what. They will claim that the sun didn’t go up because people were vaccinated and that created issues with the crop, ‘So, I’m suing you,'” the Pfizer CEO said on Wednesday. “And one thing it is to sue you in the US another thing is to sue you in a country where the legal system is not up to the standards or Switzerland. So, I think that’s behind us. Everything went okay and I think we can move on “
“I think we were — we were both targets of the anti-vaccine movements and conspiracy people claiming that I had triple — I wondered what it is — triple Covid,” Schwab replied. “I was — I think you got hundreds of thousands of clicks and so on.”
“I read one day I was arrested by FBI,” Bourla shot back.
Schwab added, “Same happened to me.”
“And there are pictures of me in the FBI offices — I don’t know how,” Bourla continued. “The surprising thing it is that the same publication — had published the previous one that was arrested was the pope by FBI,” Bourla continued. “Ridiculous.”
“So wear in good company,” Schwab gloated.
In November, Bourla also lashed out at peddlers of “misinformation,” warning people spreading lies about COVID vaccine efficacy are “criminals” who have cost “millions of lives.”
“Today we announced that we will offer all of our patent-protected medicines, all, vaccines or medicines that currently, exist in the US or in Europe to the 45 poorest countries in the world. It is a population of 1.2 billion people at cost. We are also making a commitment that every year that we discover or bring the U.S. to Europe or to the world new medicines,” he said. “Today this dream is becoming a reality.”
“To improve compliance — if someone thinks that I’m going to go to the doctor or the pharmacy, but at least with one shot, I will get two, flu and that also will increase the number. So, these are the things — it’s very difficult to improve the efficacy right now,” the Bourla continued. “It’s very very high, but what you can improve it is how convenient it is and how can last the efficacy for a longer period of time.
The Greek Pfizer chief, who speaks broken English, also boasted about how mRNA technology will become a remedy to treat cancer.
“I think we will see a lot of advancements with mRNA and the good thing, after the success of COVID, is that right now we have a substantial wave of companies — biotechs and big pharma — that are working on mRNA, a lot, and they are working on multiple applications of mRNA,” he continued. “So, I think the first things that I’m hopeful to see is other vaccines other than COVID. Flu vaccine, a single vaccine with mRNA or other vaccines with mRNA,” Bourla said. “The second wave that we could see is cancer. We are — there are a lot or research companies for many years now trying to use your immune system to attack your cancer cells, to train your immune system.”
Despite Bourla audaciously heralding the benefits of mRNA technology, documents released through FOIA requests by the FDA and Pfizer’s own data confirms t the mRNA technology not only carcinogenic and often lethal but causes thousands of adverse effects.
