Does anyone know how to fix the sleep disorder that comes with long covid?
I can't seem to figure out how to sleep more than 6 hours without waking up.
tried all of this already but i still cant sleep more than 6 hours.
I used to exercise before bed but now it makes no difference, still only sleep 6 hours.
does not work.
i do not feel rested, i feel like a zombie.
yes im tired, i can fall asleep afterwards some days but not most.
I have massive inflammation damage from omicron, this is not just in my head.
I have to have 9 hours at least or I can't function.
if it works for you thats great but it does not work for me.
i'll try chocolate before bed but it will probably be the same story.
