my kids school is already basically a prison of conformity and rules and the campus is locked down from the opening bell to the closing bell.

no way in hell will my kids be conditioned by passing through a metal detector to enter school.

we will be switching to home school starting in the fall.

we need a deep dive on what types of classroom doors Robb Elementary had. These look beefed up and they also appear that the only way to keep them open is by preventing them from closing. my kids school the doors automatically close and lock behind them. you need a magnetic keycard to gain entry and the doors remain closed and locked while students are in class. also notice that this teacher is packing a radio

here we see the inside of the door which confirms my suspicion that the only way to gain entry is by unlocking the door from the outside or opening it from the inside. these doors always remain shut while the students are in class and the teachers surely would have heard a loud crash and the gunshots and already been sheltering in place inside the classroom
