>>16355942 DAY 10 OF THE SUSSMANN TRIAL - PROSECUTORS AND DEFENCE FINAL ARGUMENTS - youtube

After listening to this video all I can say is most people I know have very poor memories, fortunately anon has a memory that grabs a hold of things that stick out and are important and Anon can logically analyze the info. Not bragging just saying anons have abilities that are important to our research . Anon has been shocked how poor memories most people have, or how bad their attention spans are.

That being said the prosecution put on a much more memorable closing because the tempo, consistentcy and the hamnering one point was effective; whereas the defense intentionally tried to muck all the understanding up, the guy was getting into such intricate legal thinking and strategy, I wonder if the jury actually got it.

Anons can follow it but regular libs in DC, maybe wouldnt, as it takes an objective mind to consider we could be wrong about our beliefs.

The problem though, are many have is selective memories and beliefs, so ultimately I don’t think the defense did a better job, i think they flung a grenade into the logic the prosecution revealed. Now depending on what type of beliefs you have, will make one cling to the belief that eliminates cognitive dissonance. The jury may not understand what the defense was saying, but they may cling to makes them feel better, without the noise of realizing lying and the whole conspiracy was/is a bad thing.

Both prosecution and defense were effective, but the jury would need problem solving skills the jury may or may not have.

Here’s hoping theres at least one WH on the jury, that fights against the noise in the jury deliberation. It only takes one person to hold them all up.
