based on what people are wearing and the trees, i say march or april in virginia.
but the trees in the background have green (new leaves). i used to live in alexandria and they'd start budding in late march, april roughly but it's still cold enough for one of those fake-winter type northface thin winter looking puffy coats. the cherry blossom fest is usually held late march so the trees usually have popped by then.
they pass a lit up marquee but can't see what it says.
also why Dulles? Dulles is closer to Langley. Reagan is closer to the whitehouse. Dulles is a pain in the ass to drive to, Reagan is so much closer to Crystal City, Smithsonian, all that stuff.
it's all just hmmmm.
