Liberal Democrats take over and build cheap, cookie-cutter low-income housing, lure the dregs of society and illegals with low-income jobs such as Walmart, McDonald's, Dollar stores, etc.
After a decade of rapidly increasing crime and taxes related to their socioeconomic activities and the neighborhoods crumbling around them, the patriotic community fractures and move away, destroying the old patriotic community fabric.
