Dang, I got to make 6 quarts of jambalaya to make, a pint and a half is to be my dinner. The rest goes into the freezer. Oh well.
No bell pepper and rice? I got me a seriously big pot, a 7 quart ceramic crock pot. Cost me $60.00. My favorite cooking pan/pot. Used it earlier to make a bunch of spaghetti with special meat sauce. Had a batch for lunch. Hey, I cook bigly every other weekend. Then I have nothing to do for dinners except thaw and microwave great dinners. Have one more chicken tetrazini left.
That's too bad anon. Maybe you can get back to it somehow. Live in a Apt. complex. These 4 guys working on a 2 year contracting job came in a month ago. One of them has this huge indirect heat (wood) smoking contraption which he built and welded himself. It will hold 3 150 lb. hogs. Cooks everything at 220-225 degrees. Takes him 10-12 hours. Forming a plan to get He only uses it for company shin digs. I'm working on a plan to get a second built and build a restaurant/catering business around it.
