Anon says all (the few) who voted for JoeJoe, and all who voted 3rd party (essentially a vote for joe), by justice, be declared ineligible to vote next time. Desperate times call for desperate measures and I haven't seen a one say they are sorry for the mess for which they voted.
Since Joe cheated, he would have won anyway, but it's the intent of the few who voted for him and 3rd party that should make them ineligible.
