Don't know if any anons remember the anon last bread who had to make 6 quarts of jambalaya. Well, that anon was me. I finally got it all in the dutch oven on low heat, be done in 40 minutes or so. Over 3 hours prep time. 8 chicken thighs braised, a pound of kielbasa slices braised, celery, onions, jalapeno peppers and bell peppers sliced and braised. Being careful to put all the fat from the kielbasa and chicken thighs into the dutch oven. Putting the rice in first and stirring the whole thing together to get most of the small kernels of rice coated and then adding the braised kielbasa, giving it another stir and adding the chicken broth. Oh yeah, a whole bunch of spices before adding the rice.
Lazy anon wouldn't do all that work if the jambalaya wasn't so good. Think I'll shitpost for awhile.
