Law Enforcement officers who responded to the Uvalde school shooting at Robb Elementary School on Tuesday morning received an invitation to meet with President Biden during his planned visit to Uvalde on Sunday afternoon. According to a senior Customs and Border Protection source, the officers received the invitation late last week. Many had accepted and were scheduled to attend the private address from the president. Most are now being informed they are no longer invited.
Here's my take. Someone from one of the IC or a mason or both was in contact with this guy. They knew he was psychotic and wanted to exploit it. They use him for this 'incident'. They went and shot his grandmother with one of those rifles, then drove him to the school and told him which door to enter into and gave him all the weapons and ammo he would need.

When this shooting happened, right in the beginning of it, I thought this is the shooting that is going to blow wide open all the school shootings that have taken place and prove one and for all they were all planned and were ff events!! I'm praying I was right!!
