I bet that teacher propped the door open a lot. Did he case the school prior to know this? I understand that the teacher who did that is probably heart broken & will never forgive themselves, but the people defending her(twitter etc) are enablers & the reason why the world has been allowed to go to shit. Because he was a sick fuck & wanted to cause the most trauma. He was a mental case that someone groomed & showered with expensive items & money to go through with his sick fantasies. That is another topic. The teacher propping the door open is the lazy behavior that the bad guys love to see & encourage.
