This little monkey here says he's married to a Ukrainian woman named Olena and has a son fighting for the Ukrainian Army. He's set up a funding account to pay for combat medical equipment that he and his wife will gladly buy and take over there to the war zone themselves. He says they just got back from a trip there.

Sounds like the Fretts might take a lot of trips to Ukraine. Chances are this guy has been on the Russian's list for a lot of activities there in the past.

If Ivan is interested, Frett's current "20" is in south central Pennsylvania. If Ivan wants to pay the Fretts a visit he can even rent out their Bavarian HidewayGastof Fretzlocated in Lancaster County, but I'm sure he knows that.

Another US citizen who murdered an adopted Russian child who was only 2 years old. This one has another connection to Attachment Therapy, and book called "Holding Time" (by Dr Martha Welch. This was in 2003, trial in 2004.

The autopsy report said Jessica weighed only 27 pounds at the time of death.

Medical examiner Dr. Frances Field noted bruises all over Jessica's body in her autopsy report. Field found five 'purplish' bruises near Jessica's right eye, seven on her forehead, two on her scalp, a bruise on each of her cheeks, and further bruises on her upper body, leg, back and abdomen.

Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney Claiborne T. Richardson II recommended Hagmann serve 14 months in jail. Judge Whisenant could have sentenced her to a maximum 10 years in jail.

'In order to cause this death, she had to be placed upon the body [so Jessica] couldn't get any air for a period of time after she went limp,' Richardson said.

The executive director of the adoption agency that arranged for Jessica's December 2002 adoption from a Russian orphanage testified on her behalf.

Prince William Circuit Court Judge Herman A. Whisenant Jr. sentenced Hagmann to five years for each charge, but suspended the entirety of her sentence, dependent on five years probation. As he announced his decision, friends and family members in the courtroom erupted into tears.

#849, Natalia Higier

At trial Natalia Higier originally claimed she left her son, Zachary, unattended for a few moments and found him unconscious on the kitchen floor. But during her sentencing she said she was tossing the toddler in the air when he hit his head on a coffee table.

Zachary suffered a bilateral skull fracture consistent with a fall from a three-story building in the August 2002 incident, according to medical reports. He had a massive stroke on the right side of the brain, a smaller stroke on the left side, brain swelling and detached retinas. Prosecutors asked for a three- to five-year state prison sentence.

Natalia Higier, 49, was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in jail, but the 18-month balance of the sentence was suspended for four years.

Higier was also ordered to wear an electronic monitor for six months following her release from jail.
