If you look at the drivers side there is enough damage that the door wouldn't open. Confirmed from the eyewitness report. Never saw anything about magazine number/capacity. Was this vehicle rammed prior to entering the ditch? Perhaps by an SUV with a bush guard like in the photo. Would explain why both wheels are snapped off. Guess it could have happened from railing collision prior to entering ditch.
