The military and the cops are robots who can only do what they are told. Thinking for themselves and looking into things that should be prosecuted does not compute for them. If it isn’t ordered to them from their commander, no matter how big of a criminal turd that commander is, they can’t understand it. It scant be fixed until someone they listen to orders them to do the right thing. And anybody in that position will be shit if they do so thing as crazy as that.
