Moar thinking on this. I stumbled across 11/9 (119 mirror 911) and again I dig a little moar. Must be the pots?
For a "certain" group of Prussians/Germans 119 is a very significant date.
There are 16 Q posts containing Germany beginning with Q 100 and the last one is Q4536; 1747 is MIA on q Drops site.

All of them were Nazi collaborators and pro Hitler (until they weren't) Willhelm II was an early and ardent supporter for the purpose of reestablishing his reign. They were able to retain their vast holdings thruout both World Wars and still have them to this day. What they didn't retain, they continue to sue to repossess.
