The dead giveaway that lefties use school shootings for purely political optics to take away Americans' guns rather than actually trying to fix the problem is their refusal to support actually hardening the schools, and leaving the border wide open.
They constantly argue that gun violence is only so bad in Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, and other (decades-long Dem run) cities because of neighboring states with lax gun laws…but don't want to talk about the masses of black market guns coming across the Mexican border daily.
