When Q told us we have it all, I took that to mean they FISA goes both ways, therefore the white hats hear the Cabal planning and know when they plan to do xy and z, post it on Kun and we wait to see it happen.
Also, white hats may know that Paul drives drunk every Saturday night and knows his google calendar, so predicting picking him up is much easier.
