Yuma County School Board member to plead guilty to ballot trafficking in the 2020 election

Guillermina Fuentes, a Gadsden Elementary School District board member and former mayor of San Luis, Arizona, will reportedly plead guilty to 2020 ballot trafficking. According to The Gateway Pundit, she will appear in court on Thursday to change her plea.
In December 2020, Fuentes was indicted on one count of ballot abuse for illegally harvesting ballots during Arizona’s August 2020 primary election. Under Arizona law, it is illegal for anyone other than a family member, household member, or caregiver to collect an early ballot – blank or filled in – from another person.
Fuentes was indicted alongside another defendant, Alma Yadira Juarez.

Last October, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that Fuentes had been indicted on additional charges, including conspiracy, forgery, and another count of ballot abuse. Months later, in March, Arizona Daily Independent News reported that Juarez had accepted a plea deal and admitted to her role in the harvesting scheme, claiming that she had been given the ballots by Fuentes.
Per The Gateway Pundit, the video evidence against Fuentes and Juarez was collected via a hidden camera and featured in Dinesh D’Souza’s “2000 Mules.” One of the individuals who set up that camera, Arizona State Senate candidate Gary Snyder, appeared on One America News Thursday to discuss the recent development in the case.

“‘2000 Mules,’ True the Vote, they put a lot of pressure on elected officials, a lot of law enforcement, that weren’t willing to stick up, and it counts,” he said, crediting the film and election integrity organization for their work to uncover the truth.
Recently, the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office revealed that it is currently investigating 16 separate cases of ballot harvesting that took place during the 2020 election, and this Tuesday, True the Vote will present evidence of ballot trafficking to Arizona lawmakers.
As the momentum from the release of “2000 Mules” continues to spark investigations into election fraud, election integrity proponents can now point to two proven cases of ballot trafficking in 2020. The question now is, where will the next domino fall?
