Two cases:

1) With no evidence, conviction pursued to a historical extents – the DOJ couldn't even drop its OWN CASE! (FLYNN).

2) With hard evidence, from the Defendant's own mouth(texts and contradictory testimony) the Defense is acquitted in two weeks. (SUSSMAN)

It has now been demonstrated when either defense or justice is presented with the exact same charges the outcome of said case is solely determined by will of the BELIGERANT OCCUPATION.
