Anons - I lead team of approx 40 people within a much larger organization. The team was dysfunctional when I took it over 4+ years ago, and it has taken me years to root out the core problems and a few bad apples. Now it is humming nicely. In order to optimize in a changing landscape and perform well over the next 5 years, am now in the midst of a designing a restructure/reorganization of this small and well functioning team. The intricacies of doing this right are staggering. Move person A to function B, and it cascades a series of other consequences….X 40. Much harder than it might seem to be on the surface.
Now, imagine for a moment a deeply corrupt, infinitely more complex, and vastly larger structure. This structure has been in place for decades (or centuries depending on how you are counting). There are layers, upon layers, upon layers, upon layers…all as evil as the next, and highly coordinated. This structure is extremely well-funded. There is no org chart as this structure operates largely in the shadows. This structure has perverted our society and culture for decades to perceive it as benevolent. Both the leaders and foot soldiers of this organization will not go quietly. To them the rules don't apply, and they are willing to commit unspeakable atrocities in order to maintain their grip.
Now imagine that it's your job to take this structure down. Could you do it in a matter of months?
As you encounter otherwise good patriots who are getting impatient with POTUS, Q Team, Sessions and the rest, help them understand for a moment how massive this task is and how fraught with landmines the mission is. Allow them to grasp how intricate this is, and what the stakes are.
It is truly miraculous that we have come this far is a relative blink of an eye. And more is coming. Much, much more.
