More judges? No, he's filling authorized seats that are open. Fuck, majority are circuit judges (not district aka trial judges). They cannot just add judgeships without Congress. And 311 additional AUSAs is nowhere near the amount they'd need if all 35k of those proceedings are indictments. Are you a lawfag? Do you know what it takes to prosecute a criminal case? The resources required? 35k prosecutions is practically impossible.
