I am wishing TS success and hope to one day apply after I get back on my feet and see clearly again. But here is a suggestion if they are listening.
Email verification can be done in voice xml, look into it. Basically you could have a listener listening to any (ip-port, directory, service address, etc…) that receives a msg formatted in xml. Then use a digiboard or sip to send out a msg to a landline/
Secondly, just address a letter to the recipient's home address.
