The “organized” part or conspiracy is the most difficult to prove. Need a communication between them that constitutes an agreement to commit a criminal act, whether that be the crime itself or aiding in covering it up.
That was not provided at trial. In the Sussman trial, they only set out to prove that he lied to investigators about why he contacted them and that he knew the dirt was not true.

Tbh, I never thought Mr. D could prove Sussman knew the Alfa comms were f&g. Was he tech savvy enuf to know? Or did somebody tell him that (make him a straw man)? Durham did try to bring in that HRC knew about taking it to the feds. But then again try to prove what she ‘knew’ those comms were fake. Again, she savvy enuf to know the Alfa spam was spam or did they think it was legit. Already saw how u can’t prove she knew her own texts/emails were confidential.

Well that FBI part is a different case. Whoever was reading those email codes and wrote a white paper and told Sussman they were more than just spam. If Sussman can’t read code then he was set up like a boy scout and reported it like a good citizen. Same again for HRC. Can she read code?
