The Ancient Greek military was gay. The officers all had teenage boys, who worked in the camps, that they were allowed to have sex with.
It was much more efficient, (and no pregnancies) than having women do the busy work.
From a military stand point it made sense. The young teenage boys were stronger than women and could break down camp and more with the troops more efficiently.
Once an officer fulfilled his military duty, around about the age of 30, he could retire from the military and go home and start a family with a real woman. Can't expect grown men to wait until they are in their 30s to start having sex, so the teenage slave boys were used in the field.
It started out as two consenting male adults.
It will end with grown men legally raping young boys.

Well, how were we Created? How did we come to be, if the Creation Story is just a parable?
Lots of religions and cultures have their own Creation stories. Christianity has one too. Which one do you believe, or have you made up your own?

I am pretty open minded.
And I have heard a lot of crazy ideas about the Bible.
I believe the Bible, but I also believe that many people have misinterpreted it, and have done harm in doing so.
Prayer, directly to God, opens our hearts & minds.
That's what I believe.
We will never understand all of the mysteries, because we are not God. But in the End we will understand more than we do now.
For now, the most important thing to believe, is that Jesus Christ is our Lord & Savior, the Promised Messiah.
