just an anon touching base on the ads db thing, with transponders off. I personally have seen 6-7 apaches take off simultaneously from a nearby commercial airport (not an afb), and checked adsdb to only see 1 transponder turned on. This was last summer, so not a new development at all. Can't say where without doxxing myself, but I have also seen small Bell choppers flying below 1000' last summer w no adsdb transponder on.

I understand you will take what I say anecdotally, but thats okay. It's been relatively quiet so far this year, certainly not like it was in 2020. Almost eerie.
