were changed under Obama in 2012 when Perkins Coie opened a work station for the FBI. This was right at the beginning of the second term of Obama, this means he changed the unmasking, minimization all the rules for searching US persons, that happened to Trump & associates in 2026; but Obama put the changes in force 4 years before Trump (or Hillary) were elected.
Rosemary Collier head of the FISA court said for years before 2012, they were unmasking people illegally, with an 85% error rate that she thought meant it was intentional. When Collier calls out Obama and FBI, what does Obama do, change the fucking rules!
All this leads to the conclusion of John Bash Report on Unmaskingthat “None of the unmasking of Flynn was Illegal”!
So under the Obama (“POTUS wants to know everything”, Strzok) rules change to, it wasnt illegal to unmask Flynn or Trump incoming admin was true according to the rule change. So they set up this work station so anyone could search the data base with any criteria.
My guess is most of the queries were Trump related, as we know from Scorecard or the other data base, that tracked Trump (and associates) for years before he even thought to run, they recorded every call, email, text and probably his homes!
All of this was done in anticipation of either Trump winning in 2016 (because I think they knew he would win 4 years in advance, as revealed by the sheer panic of Obama, brennan, FBI, CiA and looking glass technology), or they had to control the wild card HRC.
Now the John Bash Report makes sense, they changed the rules on unmasking and minimization of US persons identies, and searched away because they could unmask anyone that wanted to or who would win.

The United States is very critical of the Russians' treatment of Chechneya, (Ukraine) that are ready to step in, but the new Russian President, who they believe is a hardliner, tells them that this is none of their concern. However, CIA analyst Jack Ryan, who did research on the man, doesn't think he is. But when the Russians continue to attack Chechneya, and the Russian President claims responsibility when in reality he is not, the Americans are ready to go against him. But what they don't know is that there is a third party who is trying to push them into war, which may happen when they detonate a nuclear bomb in the US and people in the Russian Military are in league with this third party and helping him push the two countries to war. But Ryan knows something's going on and is trying to find out what it is before it's too late.
