Lesbos have a history of having been dissed or abused by a guy or guys. Being a lesbo is their safety net from continued abuse and/or hurt feelings.
Guys are gay for different reasons.
If we are going by nature's ability to protect itself, this would make sense. If there is a famine, not enough food for future generations, then a natural way to have less people to feed, is to stop reproduction. Stop reproduction by making people gay. Maybe Biolabs cashed in on that and purposely manipulated processed food to make more gay people.
They are so fucked in the head, that they think lies are truth and that the truth is lies. So when gay guy hears the word "truth" his brain interprets it as the word "lies" He sees the word "truth" as just being someone's opinion that disagrees with his opinion.
The word "truth" triggers him, because he is living a lie.
