Just an FYI…

 

In case it all goes to shit…some KNOWLEDGE…

 

You have to have water. So first rule is find and secure water. You can live without food for over a month. Ask any bear…

 

In fact, a long period of fasting would do some interesting things for us health wise. After about a day or two of fasting your body will burn through most all of the stored glucose it has. And guess what? You will stop craving food in the way that we do now. You will not get "hunger pains". Hunger pains are due to gherilin and boy have we been messed with in our metabolic system by diet/environment…

 

Anyway after a couple of days the organs that want to run on water soluble fuels, like the brain and liver, will begin to run on KETONES rather than glucose…when this happens, the hunger pains will abate and you will enter an "alter state of consciousness" which is where we should be at.

 

A forced fast may be inbound and may be extremely beneficial to our health…

 

Animals will kill each other for food…

 

Humans will over ride that impulse and survive…

 

Lets hope it does not get that "base"…but putting it out there as possible…
