>PRECIPICE

Kek we're not even close yet. The mass layoffs and real food shortages haven't even started. Lazy, fat, stupid Americans are still too comfortable to roll themselves off the couch and fight for their futures. Maybe $15 unleaded will do it, but I doubt it.

Realistically, I can't see this country lasting much longer than that on its current trajectory. Mid-terms will give us a much clearer picture of what to expect in 2024.

I hate to agree, but you're seemingly correct. The average citizen has been so dumbed down and distracted that it will take centuries for them to come to the conclusions we came to years ago. People awake to all this are simply not a large enough force to do anything about any of this, many are retirement age or nearing it. It's simply not a realistic strategy to expect the horrendously traumatized and demoralized American public with little connection to their past or even the present to put an end to this themselves and bring about the future.

>allowing so many Americans to suffer

This may be intentional, though I still seriously doubt anything short of an emergency wartime military intervention will put an end to this. Letting Americans just run wild against their government is a bad idea and will just end in massive bloodshed and a collapse of the US.

"Military is the only way" as they say, but God damn this shit is taking forever.

America's economy was built for a post-WWII world with a levelled Europe and a still feudal Asia. It was never designed to compete with economies of nations with the equivalent tooling and production methods. That's why Japanese cars took massive shares of the automotive market seemingly overnight, it's why every automotive manufacturing job has been shipped to Mexico, it's why this country will continue to hemorrhage it's 20th century legacy and Americans will continue to look around puzzled.

I guess my only reasonable argument would be that sacrifices must be made in war. I don't like the idea of patriots rotting in a DC jail so that tiktok whores don't get too emotionally inconvenienced, but that seems to be the decision that was made. All we can really do is trust in a military that classifies everything it does.

People will build the same thing for cheaper somewhere else, that's all it boils down to. Americans can believe in their "exceptionalism" if they wish, but pure, cold, cynical capitalism doesn't.

I've noticed how the media is becoming much more comfortable discussing UFOs, they always have been to some degree, but never evereverwill they mention the deep underground military bases they're almost 100% guaranteed to be being primarily launched from.

We're dealing with the mentally ill in many case, unfortunately. They can't just be told the truth, they just get mad when you show them proof. Or they refuse to look altogether. Events must unfold and people must be forced by the world around them to see what's been right in front of them the whole time. You can lead an NPC to water but you can't make him drink.

I'm not even sure there was video. I only remember seeing a picture of her at a podium in the article about her resigning. I could be wrong, she may have not been seen at all.
