They already make this presumption on the basis that we're deemed to be the 'PERSON' that was created by the issue of their Birth Certificate.
PERSONS need to wake up to the fact that they are People. Men and Women, not PERSONS.
I reckon this is why there is such a huge obsession with eradicating the use of words like Man, Woman, Mother, Father etc from language.
Plus the general gender confusion agenda going on at the moment. They're all LEGAL FICTIONS in the end.
The powers that were are trying to eliminate all reference to everything that is natural and replace them with fictional entities with no rights..
