However, there has been very little exchange of the negative aspects of the traditional male role or the positive aspects of the traditional female role.
The pros for men have been exchanged for the cons for women. Not pros for pros or cons for cons. Men now are charged with a majority of the cons for both sexes and women with the majority of pros for both sexes, which is counterintuitively a con as the absolute weight of so much benefits becomes a burden.
