Resident Joe has always been a finger-in-the-wind politician. He will say whatever is popular or expedient for him. Except now, something has changed, since everything "he" does now is counter to his innate survival mentality. He is obviously not calling the shots. My guess is they have so much dirt on this dumb idiot that he is being forced to do this…. or he is not Joe Biden and we are watching the most elaborate sting operation in World History…
