never much followed it all, but i might just be getting that myself, sometimes.
had a YUGE, loud, sudden "tonal shift" at 21:17/21:18 EST last night, wanted to ask if any others felt the same but got an odd disconnect on my PC and couldn't access 8ch/qresearch anymore after that…
(just remembered by getting a much smaller sound/shift a few moments ago)

seen many comments about ringing all the time, for me it's more like occasional waves.
last night was jarring, though, like the pressure change in an airplane, but sudden/in an instant
welp, don't eat complete crap, but not running after 100% bio either…
don't pharma. same for most questions, not the best example, but far from the worst…
big city life, moderate means. yeah, i could do more but i'm also well stuck in this poisoned FantasyLand i can't control and suffer from a lot as well, so thanks for the guilt.
by your logic, cleansing/etc would stop the ringings? or make them clearer?
not clear if/what they are supposed to be symptoms of, as i said i've seen some conversations on them go by but was never fully involved
