I was threatened with jail for briefing a judge on the unconstitutionality of drivers licenses and registrations. I gave my brief to a local traffic court lawyer. He basically agrees with the overall conclusions, but courts keep refusing it. The Constitution IS the supreme law of the land period. Too bad SCOTUS frequently seems to forget that.
I say, Each person should be sovereign over him/herself. That's how I think of it.
