Bob Saget’s Los Angeles Home Lists for $7.765 Million
The Los Angeles home of the late actor-comedian Bob Saget is coming on the market for $7.765 million.
The six-bedroom, roughly 6,600-square-foot estate is located in the Brentwood area of L.A., according to listing agent Adam Saget of Compass, who is also Mr. Saget’s nephew. The “Full House” actor bought the home for $2.895 million in 2003 and moved in with his three daughters, and later lived there with his second wife, Kelly Rizzo, Adam Saget said.

EXCLUSIVE: State Department Prepares To Announce Worldwide Racial Equity Chief, Leaked Email Shows
The State Department will announce a Special Representative for Racial Equity and Justice on June 17 in connection with the department’s Equity Action Plan, an email obtained by the Daily Caller reveals.
The position of Special Representative was first announced by the State Department in its April Equity Action Plan. The position’s holder has not been named, but the Special Representative will have wide-reaching powers, since he or she will be responsible for “institutionaliz[ing] an enterprise-wide approach to integrating racial and ethnic equity.” The email names “advancing equity, addressing systemic racism, and strengthening democracy worldwide” as “national security imperatives and core tenets of President Biden’s foreign policy.”

On this day: James Madison introduces the Bill of Rights
On June 8, 1789, James Madison addressed the House of Representatives and introduced a proposed Bill of Rights to the Constitution. More than three months later, Congress would finally agree on a final list of Rights to present to the states.
Some of Madison’s opening list of amendments didn’t make the final cut in September. The House agreed on a version of the Bill of Rights that had 17 amendments, and later, the Senate consolidated the list to 12 amendments. In the end, the states approved 10 of the 12 amendments in December 1791. One of two amendments rejected by the states was eventually ratified in 1992 as the 27th Amendment; it restricted the ability of Congress to change the pay of a sitting Congress while in session. (The other proposed amendment not ratified dealt with the number of representatives in Congress, based on the 1789 population.)
