I've never been military and not familiar with War, so
"Arrest" is referred to as what during Wartime?
If what is happening isn't the beginning of a Civil or Revolutionary War in America, then what are the signs regular Citizens should be looking for before mass shootings between enemies are an everyday thing?
False flags?
Disarming?
Arresting?
Justice system that is not equal for everyone?
Cheated elections?
Supply chain disruptions?
Border chaos?
Bioweapon attacks?
Financial systems/business not serving all customers?
Does it seem like the RNC/GOP establishment are creating a situation that only leads to War between Citizens vs. Citizens, and/or creating a situation that only leads to War between Government vs. Citizens?
