Most people are eating too much, more than they truly needed.

No matter what kind of foods or diet you are using: meat or vegetables, vegan or raw vegan, there are not much difference.

If you want to verify my words, just do it own experiment by reduce foods calories intake to nearly zero for several days. Then the sex desire will gone.

The media or any organization will never tell you that fact for sure.

Because the stupid public leaders or controllers are stupid who have narrow mindset.

Adult People Should Never Care About Nutrition But Must Focus On Spirituality

When you reach the adult age, the body no longer grow and increase in size, so all kind of proteins no longer needed !

If you want to have a healthy life, you must throw out all the advice about nutrition because they are useless.

Instead you should focus on spirituality and using common sense when coming to foods.

You should reduce the calories in take to at least 1/5 than you normaly eat.

You can have transition time and slowly reduce your food diet to avoin any sudden change, thus help the body slowly adapt.

Each people have it own purpose of living.

Most people do not believe that they can evolve and equal with all god/deities.

Life is so boring if you do not have any purpose of living.

But the fact is that each person have it own level and their own view about life.

Some do not have any purpose, but just want “safe” and enough food till death.

Some dream big, chasing for immortal life.
