Donald Trump’s daughter and former White House adviser Ivanka Trump told the congressional panel investigating the protests at the US Capitol on 6 January 2021, that she does not believe her father’s false claims that the 2020 election was stolen from him because of voting fraud.
Ivanka Trump was seen in a video deposition, shown to the public for the first time during the first hearing of the House panel.
She said her perspective changed after hearing that Bill Barr, who was Trump’s attorney general for most of 2020, until he resigned that December, had explained to her father repeatedly that he had lost the election.
“I respect Attorney General Barr. So I accepted what he was saying,” Ivanka Trump told congressional investigators.
This drew a stinging rebuke from her dad, who went on his own social media platform Truth Social and derided his eldest daughter: “Ivanka Trump was not involved in looking at, or studying, Election results. She had long since checked out and was, in my opinion, only trying to be respectful to Bill Barr and his position as Attorney General (he sucked!).”
The last time Ivanka was seen with her father Donald was at a rally in Georgia on January 4 of last year during the president’s last days in office — just forty-eight hours BEFORE the January 6 insurrection.
“There is monumental rift inside the Trump family,” a source told Radar. “Ivanka and Jared no longer want to be associated with Donald, and they’ve made that very clear behind-the-scenes.”

However, it seems there is more to the story!
Former first lady Melania Trump is the underlying reason behind Ivanka and Donald’s legendary daddy-daughter feud according to the news website Radar.
Melania Trump’s former closest friend, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, claims the feud stretches back to the Trump administration’s early days.
Melania and Ivanka not only dislike one other, with Ivanka’s mother-in-law referring to Ivanka as a “snake.”
“Even before the hearing, Ivanka had been iced by Melania, despite living almost around the corner from each other in Florida,” an insider revealed to Radar. “Both (Melania and Ivanka) were respectful of one another’s turf” when the Trumps moved into the White House. It was alleged that they couldn’t endure the sight of one other. “As First Lady, Melania felt Ivanka was trying to take her place,” a source told Radar during the administration. Melania believed her step-daughter would do “what it takes” to accomplish what she desired, including undermining the first lady by “poaching” staff members and rendering her “irrelevant.” According to Wolkoff, Melania was so enraged that she referred to Ivanka and her supporters as “snakes.”
