Far from an expert, but for simplest and adding your own text -
remove.bg is a great site for getting rid of background.
Just drag the cap from your desktop screen into the remove.bg site and choose "desktop" where to save it. This will allow more room for your preferred text instead of having to squeeze it into the image's original background.
Then open Pages (if ios), or whatever Microsoft's word processor is, and drag your images from desktop into the document. Arrange them however you want, allowing for whatever space you want for your text.
JMO, easier (if IOS) to screencap the doc and then add your preferred text once you have the screenshot. (JMHO, can judge better once it's a screenshot.)
For ios, you would go to "tools", then "Annonate", which will have "Text" as a choice.
Just a couple of examples. Half the fun is fiddling around and experimenting with the choices of text. (Arial Narrow & Impact are popular.) Am still learning, thanks to anons.
