repost from last bread because I promised I would get a link to info. Anon had a great question and it deserves some thought and attention.

>>1643899 hope you are still around anon. This should help you see how Military Offenses are different and don't intersect with civilian Court rules. It would be my belief that if the highest power of pardoning was this way then a lower power of immunity deal would be the same

yes that is correct! any Civilian trial could go on simultaneous to a military trial but ultimately a military trial takes precedent. This that we are talking about ONLY applies to a service member though and not to a civilian being tried in a military court due to extreme circumstances. A military court could not hold a trial for a civilian as long as the civilian system was functional. Military courts are for military personnel only. We are looking at several possible constitutional crisis' that would render our civilian system non functional so I think your inquiry into this subject is important

exactly but that would be a major disaster for our country! there are other things looking to be possible. The leadership in the DOJ and FBI were so corrupted that the system cannot be trusted and needs to over haul. ( looking most likely to be the case) all past Fed prosecutor cases would have to come under review grinding our civilian court system to a halt. All Judges who ruled in favor of anything corrupt found during that review would have to be impeached ect… ect… ect.. it will be a painful time for us.

>>1644366 immunity from prosecution is what you are talking about. Immunity from prosecution is only State immunity or Federal immunity unless the person secured both. In this situation, it looks like McCabe is giving testimony with an agreement his words will not be used against him. He would be doing this as part of a promise for lenient sentencing with protection that if they could not reach a plea deal, his words could not be part of the evidence they use to prosecute him. That is my understanding of this

>>1644696 the best way to look at this for easy consumption is a taking of the 5th and then answering . He is reserving his rights to not have anything he provides against him while providing testimony and maybe documents. Any prosecution of him later could not use that info unless it can be proven it had the documents before he provided them

WTF is Hannity babbling about when saying " A summer dump" should we wait until fall to please him? The old Friday dump thing has not been an issue since POTUS inauguration. The internet gets the same activity, it's only MSM that gets caught with their pants down on the weekend. MSM is obsolete anyway
