What makes this meme almost good is that you clearly define with text who the black lady is, the New York Attorney General, but the problem you have is you have no text caption under the white lady in red clearly defining who she is and letting the meme observer, me, know what her role is in the greater scheme of things and the context of this meme or who she is, and I am left in the dark, and wondering why, what, and where.
